We absolutely love our space and want to share it with the community! Let us host your next event: meeting, workshop, photoshoot, brainstorming session.... if you can dream it, we can make it happen!

Our 3,000 sq. foot space with 13" high ceilings is a blank canvas that has endless possibilities. With plenty of natural light, city views, kitchen, bathroom, and flexible furniture configurations, our space can become whatever you envision. 

Creative Meeting Space

Need a smaller space? We have that too! Our private conference room features seating for up to 6, a white board wall, and a cork board wall, for all your brainstorming and meeting needs.

With access to a full kitchen, en suite bath, 32" rolling smart TV, and projector, our conference room can meet any needs you might have for your next meeting.

FAQ's

What is the capacity?

  • Capacity for the main studio space is 250 people, however due to current COVID-19 restrictions we are currently limiting capacity to 25. The Meeting room capacity is currently 6 people.  View more on our COVID-19 policy here.

Can we bring in food and drinks?

  • You are more than welcome to bring in any food and drinks. We can even suggest catering options in the neighborhood.
  • Alcohol Policy: If it is not being sold, no license is required. If alcohol is being sold, a bartender's license is required.

Where do we park?

  • There is free street parking available and a few free public lots nearby. Please review all street signs before leaving you car, be aware of all city regulations and the street cleaning schedule.

Is it accessible via public transportation?

  • Our space is a brief walk from Broadway Station on the redline and the Number 9 MBTA bus stops right outside our front door.

What are noise levels like?

  • The studio space is not soundproof. We are on the third floor, but since we are located on a main road in the city, you do get some residual street noise from time to time.

Can the furniture be moved?

  • Some of the furniture can be moved throughout the space to set it up the way that works best for you and your needs. However we cannot move things like desks and tables completely out of the space. 

What is the cancellation policy?

  • All Bookings are subject to a Grace Period which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
  • Standard 30 day - Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable.

What is the cleaning/damages policy?

  • A cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
  • Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file.

What are the rental rates?

  • For the entire studio space our rental rate is $150/hour with a 2 hour minimum rental.
  • For the meeting room our rental rate is $75/hour with a 2 hour minimum rental.
